A former competitive bodybuilder with the AAU, Louis has been into physical culture For years. After several shows with that group he realized that he had an interest in teaching others the craft. He attended Chicago State University where he majored in Nutrition. .Taking this knowledge and still heavily involved in bodybuilding he began to help other athletes with their diets and lifestyle changes.

Louis furthered his interests in the sciences by becoming a EMT ( Emergency Medical Technician) and a Cardiovascular Tech. He then joined the military with the Air Force Where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. While in the Air Force he functioned as A Medical Service Specialist and ran a critical care unit in the Gulf War.

Upon returning home Louis has used his medical skills at various companies i.e.( US Steel, 20th Century Fox ) He now has 12+ years in the criminal justice, the last 8 as A Sheriff's Deputy. He has been an accomplished Saxophonist, producer of shows and a screenwriter.
